Step 2: Site visit and planning
Next, we visit your site. This allows us to understand the surroundings and any design constraints or opportunities. We’ll ask how you plan to use the space so we can tailor the home to your daily needs.
Step 3: Honing the requirements
With a preliminary concept in place, we dig into the details. What can we highlight from the natural environment? Where can we boost energy efficiency? We’ll also explore ways to maximize comfort and functionality without compromising on your style.
Step 4: Design collaboration and budgeting
At this stage, we may present a schematic design to give shape to your ideas. Once we land on the direction, we can move to more detailed drawings either with your architect or ours. We’ll also provide an initial estimate and adjust it as the design evolves.
Step 5: Construction with constant communication
Construction begins after plans are finalized and permits secured. This is often the most intense part of the process — but we make it as smooth as possible by staying in constant contact. If issues arise or changes are needed, we’ll talk through them with you before taking any action.
